In the Fall of 2007, the Atlanta Film Festival brought together 6 up-an-coming screenwriters and 6 experienced industry professionals for a weekend retreat at the Margaret Mitchell House for one-on-one mentoring sessions, discussions about the craft of filmmaking and a public reading of excerpts of the winning screenplays.

Committed to discovering new voices and introducing them to the world, the Atlanta Film Festival is proud to bring back the Screenplay Competition for 2008. Call For Entries to be announeed soon.
